Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact
- A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is required
Sale Item
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only
- Refunds will not be issued on discounted or promotional products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at aagain.assets@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Mention your Order ID, item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with the return instructions
Return Shipping
- We’ll arrange the return pickup free of cost for you—no need to worry about shipping
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Since shipping is already free, no shipping amount will be deducted or refunded
Exchanges
- Exchange requests are processed free of cost, subject to item availability
- If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead
